Role
Our client is seeking a Consultant to join their General Medicine Department. Lead the management of a wide range of complex cases, provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior doctors, and play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care across the service.

This location:
* Employs more than 3,500 staff, serving a region covering nearly a quarter of Victoria
* Operates over 650 beds, providing care to 42,000+ inpatients annually
* Manages around 50,000 emergency presentations each year
* Welcomes approximately 1,400 births annually
* Features a 20-bed intensive care unit for critical care needs
* Provides an 80-bed integrated psychiatry facility
* Houses 11 operating theatres, performing close to 13,000 surgical procedures annually
Requirements
To apply you must either be:
* Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA
* Possess at least 12 months recent experience in Internal /General Medicine
* On RACP training program
* IMGs eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
* IMGs with RACP interview date
* IMGs assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable
