We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and support the development of a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, managing store operations, and ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or trade environment
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* A flexible availability and the ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
* A valid driver's license and the ability to lift heavy products safely
