About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)
As a Personal Training Manager, you'll lead and grow the PT team, driving performance, culture and results across the club.
You'll play a key role in building a high‐performing PT business, supporting trainers to succeed, and creating an environment where members achieve real results.
What You'll Be Doing
* Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high‐performing PT team
* Driving PT revenue, growth and overall club performance
* Supporting trainer development and building a strong pipeline of future PTs
* Leading group training initiatives and member engagement activities
* Ensuring compliance, safety and high service standards
* Contributing to a high‐performance, results‐driven club culture
Who We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience (PT or fitness environment preferred)
* Cert III & IV in Fitness (or working towards)
* A strong mentor who can build and develop teams
* Business‐minded with a passion for growth and results
* Authentic, driven and passionate about fitness
* Organised, proactive and target‐focused
