The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in the execution and operationalisation of Future Golf's marketing engine. This role is split across two primary focus areas:
* Campaign Planning & Acquisition: Planning new always-on and seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support member acquisition.
* CRM & Retention: Executing the CRM and member engagement strategy to improve the member experience, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate is experienced in campaign planning and CRM communications, able to coordinate stakeholders, optimise workflows, and enhance the marketing team's impact.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Operations & CRM Manager with some work-from-home flexibility. You will be the operational heartbeat of our marketing team, leading the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (always-on and seasonal), and owning lifecycle CRM programs that engage, retain, and delight our growing member base. You'll collaborate across creative, performance, product, and partnerships to ensure every campaign hits the mark and every member touchpoint is meaningful.
You'll bring:
5+ years in marketing ops, CRM, or campaign planning
Experience across digital campaigns & lifecycle marketing
Hands-on knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, Clever Tap, GA4
Bonus points if you love golf or community-led brands
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and insights
* Excellent Communication skills for internal and external interactions
* Experience in audience segmentation
* Proficiency in Project Management
* Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Experience in the sports or golf industry is a plus
