We are interested in hearing from you if you: Have 3+ years’ experience (up to Senior Associate level) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions/capital markets) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm Have strong research/technical/drafting legal skills and a strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide practical relevant advice Proven ability to manage client relationships Are committed to building your own professional brand by contributing to marketing/business development activities Are ambitious and driven to be the best you can be (professionally and personally) and eager to learn from top professionals
