IB&M Finance supports the business in providing financial control, financial analysis and insight, product control, regulatory accounting and related project and strategy implementation support. IB&M Performance Management team is responsible for all matters relating to performance reporting, including management, balance sheet, forecasting and other actuals reporting. Do work that matters The role reports to the Manager of Performance Management. The role will have regular interactions with: Other IB&M Finance areas – Product Control, Business Partnering and Decision Support Technology Finance Operations Finance Group Finance IB&M Business Key duties will include: Preparation and delivery of key financial processes includes month-end close and reporting. This will include the preparation of the funded balance sheet. Half year and year-end profit announcement and supporting documents Quarterly CEO briefing packs Financial insights to present to IB&M Leadership Team Build and maintain effective relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Identify efficiency initiatives in reporting, forecasting and analysis, leveraging Group data tools and assets Providing robust management reporting based on a strong foundation of financial control Working with senior stakeholders in providing decision support and analysis with actionable insight Developing strong relationships across the Group built on integrity and trust We’re interested in hearing from people who have Demonstrated commitment to customer service and delivering quality outcomes Good commercial acumen Experience with stakeholder management Experience in financial modelling Strong financial skills Experience with SQL, Tableau or other analytical tools Excellent verbal and written presentation skills Demonstrates initiative Strong eye for detail with ability to distil key messages and bring insight If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
