Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 13 versatile meeting spaces, Coco's Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Guest Service Agent to join our exceptional front office team on a
part-time basis
, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of hospitality and care.

Responsibilities
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, set the standard for excellence by providing warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay.
Ensure a seamless experience by proactively managing guest requests and collaborating with various departments to exceed expectations.
Demonstrate dedication to going above and beyond in anticipating guest needs, contributing to creating unforgettable experiences.
Provide exceptional service and grow hospitality skills through daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Solid team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively.
Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs.
