Business Administrative Assistant Role We are seeking a part-time Business Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support across the group, managing incoming calls and directing queries efficiently, and greeting internal and external clients in a courteous and professional manner. The successful candidate will have previous experience in reception or administration (1–3 years preferred), strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Oracle experience is a bonus. Ability to multitask, prioritise, work both independently and as part of a team with professional telephone manners. * Manage office duties including mail,couriers,supplies ordering About The Position: This permanent part-time Receptionist Administrator job position is based on an alternating week arrangement – one week at site then alternate weeks from home.
