You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing essential facilities support. This dynamic role requires strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to interact confidently with people at all organisational levels.Key Responsibilities:Serving as the first point of contact, providing superior service to all employees and visitorsManage daily reception operations, including enquiries and processing deliveries and mailSupport meeting room bookings to ensure seamless experience for all usersAssist with client events, providing reception and logistical supportManage the client's Ticketing System for day-to-day operational requestsOrder and maintain office supplies, tracking inventory and managing stock levelsBuild relationships with clients and stakeholders across all organisational levelsCollaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless service deliverySound like you?
