About the role:
Join our team at Eraring Power Station, where innovation and reliability converge. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in developing asset strategies, managing projects, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our power station.
Why this role matters?
Coordinate and execute maintenance plans, work management, and plant health for designated plant areas or functions.
Oversee contractor performance, budget management, and execution of asset strategies.
Provide engineering support and contribute to plant improvements from one year to the end of the asset's life.
What will you bring?
* Minimum 5+ years as qualified Certificate 10 Welding Inspector, specialising in Pressure Part Welding on Power Generation Equipment, specifically including High Energy Piping
* Deep understanding of Australian Standings relevant to Quality and Compliance (e.g. AS/NZS 3788, AS 1796)
* Exposure and experience with regulatory requirements of Pressure Vessels ranging from Hazard Level A to E.
* Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives.
* Demonstrate leadership through professional conduct and high customer service.
* Collaborate on Asset Integrity, Process Safety, and Management of Change.
* Manage the area or function according to Work Management procedures and optimize inventory holdings.
* Lead or participate in plant failure investigations, risk assessments, and RCM/FMECA studies.
* Must have:
o AS 1796 Certificate 10 Qualification (or equivalent)
o Confined Space Qualification
o Gas Test Atmosphere
o Working at Heights Qualification
* IIW International Welding Engineer (IWE) is an advantage
