**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, mid-tier accounting firm has arisen This is a busy role requiring a well-presented, confident, Administrator with the ability to multi-task. A positive attitude and good customer service skills are a must, along with proven experience within the accounting / finance industries.
**Duties and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for assisting senior administrators to do the following:
- Preparation of correspondence on behalf of Accountants
- Work with the broader Administration team to achieve goals
- Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Collating financial documents and client reports
- Liaising with the ATO
- Utilising the ASIC portal
- Maintaining the client database including setting up of new clients
- Assisting with general administration tasks as required
**Requisite Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in administration within an accounting or financial services firm
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Xero beneficial but not necessary
