About the Role
This key position is responsible for driving revenue and operational growth in our compost products, account management, and development of new business opportunities across our Organics Resource Recovery Facilities (ORRFs) in NSW.
* Manage sales pipeline and build strong customer relationships
* Cultivate long-term partnerships with stakeholders
* Leverage CRM systems to track progress and report results
What You'll Bring
* Qualifications in environmental science, agricultural science or engineering
* 3-5 years Commercial or Operational experience in organics processing/recycling or primary industries
* Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
