Responsibilities
* Driving sales to achieve and exceed budget for your store.
* Emphasizing technical, merchandising and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.
* Focusing on store development and implementation of set activities for your store.
* Communicating sales budgets to your team and refocusing as required.
* Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure the store is managed effectively.
* Providing training to and supporting development of your team members.
* Identifying and managing areas of underperformance in store and working with your team and Area Manager to improve their skills.
* Managing general store expenses, petty cash and expenditure.
* Rostering and payroll approval responsibilities.
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous store management experience in retail to lead your team to success.
* A passion for electronics to enhance the customer experience.
* Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately.
* Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities.
* A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
