We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our IT and Digital Transformation team, supporting the delivery of technology and digital initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will lead projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and transition smoothly into business‐as‐usual operations. You will play a key role in the upcoming ERP project, contributing to a major system transformation across the organisation. You will also support change management activities, working in line with ITIL practices to ensure technology changes are assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented in a structured and controlled manner.
What Youll Be Doing
* Plan, manage, and deliver IT and digital projects from initiation through to implementation and transition into business‐as‐usual, ensuring outcomes align with approved scope, timeframes, and budgets.
* Develop and maintain project governance artefacts, including project plans, schedules, budgets, resourcing plans, and risk registers.
* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, escalating where required to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.
* Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver agreed project outcomes.
* Lead the implementation and rollout of new systems, platforms, and technology‐enabled process improvements, including testing, deployment, cutovers, and go‐live activities.
* Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and supported by effective operational handover, early‐life support, and stabilisation arrangements.
* Work closely with the Business Solution Analyst to ensure solutions align with defined requirements and intended business outcomes.
* Provide regular, clear project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, including progress, risks, and key milestones.
* Support effective stakeholder engagement by clearly communicating project impacts, upcoming changes, and implementation activities.
* Act as the Change Manager for IT and digital initiatives, assessing change impacts and risks and ensuring appropriate approvals and controls are in place in line with ITIL practices.
* Coordinate training and enablement activities to support successful implementation and adoption across impacted teams.
What Youll Bring
* Demonstrated experience delivering IT and digital projects through to implementation.
* Ability to manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets in complex operational environments.
* Experience coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Working knowledge of IT change management principles, with experience applying ITIL‐aligned change controls.
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve delivery issues.
* Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging technical and non‐technical stakeholders across site‐based and office‐based teams.
* Experience supporting system rollout, user readiness, and transition into business‐as‐usual operations.
Desirable Qualifications
