Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct care within a residential setting, promoting positive family relationships and community connections.
* Work within a trauma-informed framework to support young people with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
* A valid Australian full driver's license and Australian working rights are essential.
* The willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check is mandatory.
