Sales Administrator
to join their growing team in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

What do you do?
* Prepare quotes, order forms and supporting documentation for the sales team
* Process purchase orders and ensure accurate entry of customer details and product information
* Maintain product lists, price files and customer records within the ERP system
* Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating internal updates and supporting the sales pipeline
* Respond to general customer enquiries and provide updates on orders
* Support basic content updates for online product listings
* Assist with organising sales materials and samples for meetings or events
What do you need?
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* At least 2 years' experience in sales administration or similar office-based support
* Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data
* Experience using Netsuite or other ERP or CRM systems
* Ability to work across competing priorities and support multiple stakeholders
* Full Australian working rights
* Interest in digital tools or simple design platforms is a bonus
