Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at TRIPLE S RENTAL PTY LTD located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring property maintenance, managing tenant relations, and handling lease agreements.
About the Role
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Property Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will manage our existing portfolio alongside a team of seven experienced property managers, ensuring the smooth operation of a well-maintained property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conducting ingoing and outgoing condition reports
2. Conducting routine inspections
3. Liaising with multicultural property owners
4. Coordinating repairs and maintenance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management
3. A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
4. A NSW driver’s license and your own vehicle
5. Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
6. Experience with Property Tree and Inspection Manager (preferred but not essential)
