Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities (inbound/outbound)
* Manage inventory, storage, stock movement, and order fulfilment
* Oversee customs-controlled operations, ensuring correct process flow and documentation
Team Leadership & Management:
* Manage a team of professionals, including task assignment, training, and performance reviews
* Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
Compliance & H&S:
