Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day operations.
The Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the daily operations of SJV Cleaning Services. This is a hands-on leadership role managing staff, schedules, quality control, and client relationships while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites in South Australia
* Manage and support supervisors, cleaners, and contractors
* Staff rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning
* Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
* Manage client communication, feedback, and issue resolution
* Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management
* Ensure WHS compliance and company policies are followed
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
* Manage equipment, stock, and supplier relationships
About You
* Proven experience in an operations management or leadership role
* Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or service-based industries preferred
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable using scheduling and job management systems
* Current driver's licence (essential)
