Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in electrical engineering, 12+ years in power systems.
* Deep knowledge: HV switchgear, transformers, capacitor banks, and voltage regulators.
* Bid mastery: Experience signing off on technical proposals and launching new products.
* Consultative leadership: Build trust with stakeholders through value-driven conversations.
* Business savvy: Balance technical and commercial goals to drive growth.
* Communication: Simplify complex ideas for engineers, clients, and executives.
