Role: With a primary focus on NetSuite ERP. This role will act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and other business units to ensure optimal performance, integration, and utilisation of our clients financial platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support both technical and functional aspects of finance systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and administer NetSuite, including user access, roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, and customisations. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline finance operations through automation and improved system functionality. Lead or support NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations. Provide daily support to finance and business users, resolving system issues and ensuring data integrity. Develop and maintain financial reports, saved searches, and KPIs to support business decision-making. Create and maintain process documentation and provide training to users on NetSuite features and best practices. Partner with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, etc.) and external vendors to deliver system solutions aligned with business needs. Support internal controls and ensure system compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. 7 years of experience working with NetSuite or other ERP's (administration, configuration, or implementation). Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, procurement, etc.). Experience with NetSuite customisation tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and project management skills.
