About The Role
The Store Managers' primary role is leading and training of team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering a high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Your Attributes
* Previous experience in a Retail/ Hospitality or Sales industry
* Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
* Stock management and merchandising experience
* Understanding of sales budgets & KPI's
* Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
* Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
* Strong Customer service skills
* Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
* Have the motivation to be successful
* You're confident and passionate
* You have a passion for fashion footwear
