Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Hairdresser at M Element, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon and enchanting our clients with exceptional service. Your responsibilities as a Hairdresser will include:
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in cutting, colouring, styling, and staying updated on industry trends to provide top-quality hairstyling services.
* Client Consultations and Product Expertise: Conduct thorough client consultations, offer expert advice, and recommend suitable products while staying informed about hair care products and tools.
* Colour Application and Equipment Maintenance: Skilfully apply hair colour and maintain tools and equipment for hygiene and optimal performance.
* Client Satisfaction and Team Collaboration: Ensure a consistent and exceptional salon experience for clients, foster a positive work environment through collaboration with colleagues, and prioritize safety and hygiene.
* Professional Development and Client Education: Continuously seek professional development opportunities, stay updated on industry advancements, and educate clients about proper hair care and maintenance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hairdressing, with a focus on a variety of styles and techniques.
* Deep appreciation for hairstyling traditions and a passion for delivering exceptional salon experiences.
* Strong technical and creative skills to excel in cutting, colouring, and styling hair.
* Proficiency in the use and maintenance of hairstyling tools and products.

* Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
