The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality fiberglass repairs, panel work, and finishing, ensuring every job meets our strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess damage and determine the best repair method
* Carry out fiberglass repairs, laminating, bonding, and finishing
* Replace panels, extrusions, and structural components as required
* Sand, prep, and refinish surfaces to a high standard
* Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe workspace
* Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a skilled tradesperson who combines technical ability with pride in workmanship:
* Proven experience in fiberglass repair, body building, or panel work
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
* Experience reading job cards and repair instructions
* Knowledge of safe handling of materials, chemicals, and equipment
* Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
* Experience in transport, trailers, or heavy vehicles (highly regarded)
