**Job Description: EUC Support Specialist (Workplace Area)**

We are a leading technology company dedicated to providing exceptional IT solutions and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated EUC Support Specialist to join our team. As an EUC Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient functioning of our clients' end-user computing (EUC) environments, with a specific focus on the Workplace area. If you have a strong background in supporting O365, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices, we would like to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, primarily in the Workplace area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows and Mac devices.
- Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune and SCCM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain efficient EUC processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures, including data protection and user access controls.
- Document support activities, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to the improvement of support documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in EUC technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in EUC support, with a focus on the Workplace area.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, user account management, and group policies.
- Experience deploying and managing desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune and SCCM.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar are a plus.
