About the Role
* Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
* Support those with challenging needs by working collaboratively with our team.
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active through engaging activities.
* Monitor residents' health – providing assistance with treatments as needed.
* Be a friend to our residents, fostering meaningful relationships.
* Ensure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.
To excel in this role, you'll be a true team player and great communicator, possessing:
* A genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.
* A certificate III or IV in Aged Care or similar qualification.
* Experience working as a caregiver or in a related field.
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
