About the role
We’re seeking a Membership Experience Manager to shape and grow our executive community. This role is about more than acquisition, it’s about ensuring every new member sees value from day one and continues to thrive within Blackbook Circle.
You’ll be responsible for identifying the right leaders, building authentic connections, guiding them through the onboarding journey, and curating an experience that keeps them engaged. You’ll also represent Blackbook Circle at exclusive gatherings and, at times, travel across APAC to support community growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive new executive membership growth and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders across industries.
- Lead consultative, high-impact conversations that highlight the value of membership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align membership experience with boardroom programs and community initiatives.
- Represent Blackbook Circle at exclusive invite-only boardrooms and private forums.
- Manage a targeted pipeline of prospective members with accuracy in CRM.
- Travel across APAC as needed to support growth and engagement.
- Continuously refine our member experience to drive retention and long-term value.
About you
- 2+ years of experience engaging senior leaders (sales, partnerships, executive search, or membership-based environments).
- Gravitas and polish - you know how to earn trust and hold a room.
- Relentlessly driven, yet strategic and considered in your approach.
- Comfortable working toward ambitious targets with autonomy.
- Curious, consultative, and able to translate challenges into value.
- Skilled at managing pipelines and using CRM tools and similar platforms.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in relationship management.
- Thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys travel as part of the role.
