The Role: This position is ideal for an experienced real estate administrator who loves being the organisational backbone of a busy commercial team. You’ll provide high-level administrative support to a high-performing commercial property management department — without taking on property management duties. A background in real estate administration is essential, and exposure to the commercial sector will be highly regarded. This full-time, Monday-Friday role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the team's success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and helpful approach, thriving in a dynamic work environment. This is a busy role and tasks include duties such as; Rent review letters Arrears Vacating - letters to landlords and tenants and listing sheets Maintenance - creating work orders, liaising with tradespeople and tenants Market comparable sheets Reception cover (occassionally while receptionist has lunch) About You: Previous experience in Real Estate Administration is preferential Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure High attention to detail An excellent teams person, looking to add an extra sparkle to a great team!
