The role involves supporting children and families to help shape brighter futures. You will work closely with carers and communities to empower young people with disability, mental health, or those seeking refuge.
* This includes providing specialised support and/or personal care for young people with complex medical needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Hold or be working toward a Diploma qualification or higher in Community Services (or a related field), or have relevant experience and be willing to complete the Diploma through your employer.NB: A qualification is desirable but not essential for Aboriginal applicants with relevant experience)
