Whilst enjoying the support, structure and investment of a global business, the AU team has the opporutnity to have the ownership and autonomy to drive strategy and decision making across their market. Due to continued growth, there is now an opportunity to join their AU team in a newly created Brand Manager role.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will have an incredibly opportunity to launch a completely new brand into the ANZ market, targeting a totally new consumer to the existing portfolio, which will see you playing a key role in delivering the company's future growth objectives.
You will focus on driving brand awareness, trial and penetration with consumers. This role will give you total ownership of the brand in market, from development of brand strategy, local assets and supporting NPD launches, across both new formats and flavours, which are first to market in the health and wellness category.
In the role, it will be important to establish authentic credibility with consumers, which will see you will lead development of engaging assets and content for social, content, influencer strategy and digital marketing, leveraging unique platforms to connect with consumers.
**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience at a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager level within the FMCG space
- Experience with launching or growing brands within market
- Tertiary qualification in relevant space e.g. Marketing, Business or Commerce
- Experience leveraging insights to drive decision making
- Strong stakeholder management skills, influence and relationship building skills
- Experience with working with agency partners
- Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms to drive consumer engagement
