Role: ICT Senior Project Manager
Location: Murarrie, Brisbane, QLD
Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (6-months)
Overview: As an ICT Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects across Goodstart. You will take full ownership of projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities. Working within a mature enterprise PMO environment, you will apply governance, frameworks, and delivery standards to ensure consistent outcomes, while driving continuous improvement and supporting a more agile, data‐driven organisation.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end delivery of complex ICT projects, from initiation through to execution and closure
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with PMO governance, frameworks and delivery standards
* Manage project reporting, artefacts, risks and issues in accordance with PMO requirements
* Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams to align priorities and deliver value
* Lead cross‐functional project teams, providing direction, support, and accountability
* Support delivery across both agile and waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches based on project needs
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success
* Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and delivery capability
* Mentor and support project managers and contribute to a high‐performing PMO environment

You'll bring to the table
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline
* Proven experience delivering complex ICT projects across multiple systems, stakeholders, and business areas
* Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)
* Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, governance and delivery
* Experience working within a structured PMO or EPMO environment, with strong understanding of governance, reporting and delivery standards
* Experience managing project budgets, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels
* Experience working across both agile and waterfall delivery environments
* Ability to lead, mentor, and support project teams to deliver high‐quality outcomes
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
