Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, cost-effective and quality construction projects.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting both office and field teams, engaging subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.
* Plan, supervise and support the delivery of building and maintenance projects.
* Lead and mentor office staff, field staff and subcontractors.
* Conduct condition assessments and prepare cost-effective project estimates.
* Ensure all work complies with WHS legislation and our safety management system.
* Assist with WHS audits, inspections, and safety documentation reviews.
* Prepare and manage high-quality tenders, trade packages and construction programs.
* Collect building material samples (e.g. suspected asbestos) and ensure proper handling/testing.
* Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current Workplace Health & Safety General Safety Induction (White Card).
* Current Driver's License.
* Willingness to undertake regular travel, including overnight stays and occasional light aircraft use.
* Construction industry-related trade qualification.
* Strong computer and digital documentation skills.
