The Opportunity
In this senior role, you will take full ownership of a stable residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end with confidence and autonomy
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
* Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant communication
* Working closely with leasing and inspection teams to ensure seamless operations
* Supporting portfolio growth through onboarding new properties
* Mentoring and guiding junior team members
* Developing strong relationships with tenants and contractors
* Utilising systems and technology to drive efficiency
* Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
About You
* Minimum three years' experience in residential property management
* Current WA registration and valid driver's licence
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of WA tenancy legislation
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach
