* Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain high standards of customer service and store efficiency.
* Lead, roster, supervise and train team members to deliver exceptional results.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, manage stock rotation and reduce wastage.
* Implement and maintain food safety, WHS and hygiene standards at all times.
* Ensure product quality, presentation and customer service meet business standards.
* Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Key Responsibilities

* Day-to-day management of the store, including staff supervision and customer service delivery.
* Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
* Managing inventory levels, stock rotation and waste reduction initiatives.
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
* Driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or management position, preferably in retail or food service.
* Proven track record of delivering results-driven performance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Highly organized and proactive, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
