Job Description
About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Site Administrator to work within our small team, providing administration support to the wider team. The primary purpose of this role is to effectively manage travel and accommodation bookings for employees, contractors and visitors coming to site using PeopleTray software and support administrative tasks in an evolving environment.
This role is based on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO from the Goldfields region.
Key Responsibilities
* Mobilisations - ensure documentation provided by contracting partners and visitors is as per Focus Minerals requirements.
* Maintain personnel rosters and accommodation in PeopleTray, in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Assists in providing training to end users on the people management software (PeopleTray).
* Ensure the department's daily, weekly and monthly reporting is accurate and reliable i.e. daily village occupancy reconciliation.
* Reconcile credit card statements.
* Assists in maintaining a current up to date site administration manual
* Raise purchase requisitions and work orders in Pronto as required.
* Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment standards.
* Adhoc duties as assigned by the commercial manager.
* Identify and assist in implementing improvement opportunities for site administration processes, procedures and communications.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
* Working knowledge of mining and ore processing operations.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience with high volume commercial flight bookings.
* Knowledge and experience of flight booking systems, preferably PeopleTray.
* Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto.
* High attention to detail.
* High level of written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and multi-task.
* MS Office experience.
