We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast branch on a part-time basis (4 days per week).
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety, supporting technicians and keeping the day to day operations running smoothly in a busy trade-based environment.
About the role: The role will include but is not limited to; - General office administration and support- Answering phones and emails- Booking jobs and scheduling technicians- Ordering of parts and materials- Invoicing, data entry and job management - Asset Management
What we are looking for:- Strong organisational and communication skills- Confident with computers and basic scheduling software- Knowledge of the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane areas- Someone with experience in a similar role is preferred.
