We're looking for a mid-career Licensed Conveyancer to join our team in a flexible hybrid role. You'll manage property transactions end-to-end, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Handle all aspects of conveyancing for sales, purchases, transfers, and refinances.
* Prepare and review contracts, conduct property searches, and liaise with clients, agents, and banks.
* Ensure compliance with NSW conveyancing laws and PEXA requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and manage multiple files efficiently.
* Provide outstanding client service and clear communication throughout the process.
What We're Looking For
* Licensed Conveyancer in NSW with 3–7 years' experience.
* Strong knowledge of NSW property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Proficient in LEAP and Microsoft Office; tech-savvy and comfortable with digital workflows.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
* Car and valid driver's licence are essential for client visits.
* Willing to work in-office at least 2 days per week.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
