**What's the job?**
We are looking for customer service superstars to join the Food and Beverage team on a casual basis for 15 to 30 hours a week. A positive, can-do attitude that is focused on teamwork and a great customer experience is essential. The successful applicants will ideally have a background in customer service and evidence of their Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Working at the Bentleys Hotel requires high energy, an ability to multitask and successfully handle competing priorities, and a passion for people, products, and the local region. This role requires people who are reliable and available in the evenings and most weekends.
- Exceptional and professional customer service
- Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required
- Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Consistent delivery of the venue's products
- Good understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including menus available, food service systems, and till operations
- Communicate and liaise with team members
- Efficient knowledge of the point of sale operating system (on-the-job training provided)
- Maintain and clean all work areas
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
- Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel as per the responsibility of all employees under the WHS Act 2012
- Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Any other duties directed by Management
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proficient English language skills
- Eager to learn, grow and develop
- Competent and trustworthy cash handling skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (18+) **(essential)**:

**Where, when, and how much?**
The role will be at the Bentleys Hotel at 191 Main North Rd, Clare, and is available for immediate start. Working evenings and weekends is part of the job in a rewarding and dynamic industry like hospitality! Hours are available from 15 to 30 per week.
Employees are paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 and the Fair Work Act 2009.
