Job Description:
Night Manager Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive audits of daily revenue postings to ensure reporting accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.
2. Support Front Office team and other departments in fulfilling their roles efficiently.
3. Record reservation details accurately, including room rates, stay dates, and charging authority, for transparent and error-free transactions.
4. Prepare departure paperwork, including credit card and company charges, to facilitate the accounts department's work seamlessly.
5. Maintain property safety and security while ensuring efficient overnight hotel operations are maintained consistently.
6. Prepare and distribute reports, including weekly and monthly hotel statistics, to inform strategic decisions.
7. Process management accounts according to established procedures, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Requirements for Success
* Experience working with Opera or similar Property Management Systems (PMS) software.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
* Highly groomed appearance with a friendly, outgoing personality.
* Proactive problem-solving ability and knowledge of security and emergency procedures.
* Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly in finance and accounting.
* Prior experience within the industry, preferably in EVT roles, is considered beneficial.
