We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead our Caloundra club to success.
The Role
As a key member of our team, you will use your leadership skills and management expertise to oversee all aspects of the club's operations, including sales budgets and analysis, projected and actual Profit and Loss levels, and member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
* Contribute to achieving business targets
* Oversee financial performance and ensure operational efficiency
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns
* Recruit, train, and develop staff members
* Lead regular meetings with departmental leaders
* Analyse and improve business processes
Requirements:
* Leadership experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Budget management and financial analysis experience
* Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
