Key Responsibilities:
* Guide clients towards job-readiness through tailored activities and strategies;
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with local employers to source meaningful job opportunities;
* Reverse market clients to employers, highlighting their skills and strengths;
* Place participants into long-term employment, resulting in positive outcomes;
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements;
* Deliver exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals facing challenges;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with various stakeholders;
* A strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to meet targets;
* An unwavering commitment to our purpose: connecting people and businesses for mutual success;
* A current driver's license.
