About the Role
Our Credit & Portfolio Management team is seeking an Analyst to support us in credit assessment and risk grading for our customer base.
* Support the process of our annual credit reviews and internal rating reviews
* Conduct financial analysis and modelling
* Monitor covenant compliance
* Coordinate within the MUFG network
What You Will Be Doing
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting credit analysis across a portfolio of clients with a focus on credit quality monitoring and risk grading.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years' experience in a major domestic or international bank or chartered accounting firm
* Undergraduate Business / Commerce / Law Degree from a leading university is essential
* Masters of Finance, MBA or CFA will be considered favourably
* Proficiency in the full suite of core Microsoft products, and strong skills in financial modelling
* Possess an understanding of financial and economic markets
* Experience in: (a) credit writing; (b) financial analysis and modelling; and (c) legal documentation and debt structuring
* The ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
* Has strong interpersonal and presentations skills
* Is a team player
* Is a self-starter who applies initiative and has drive and enthusiasm
* Has an analytical mindset and problem solving skills
