Job Overview
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will deliver high-quality care to patients in emergency, medical, and surgical settings.
* Collaborate with an experienced team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, a Nurse Unit Manager, and Clinical Nurse Educators.
* Contribute to a supportive and collaborative workplace culture where professional development is encouraged.
* Work on a rotating roster that supports work-life balance and provides variety in your clinical experience.
You require recent experience in Emergency and either hold triage credentialing or be willing to work towards it. You must be passionate about person-centred care and able to advocate for patients and families. Additionally, you must be confident supervising students and delegating to ENs and AINs within scope of practice.
