McIlwain is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract requirements, procurement submissions, and financial records for our ongoing project.
* Ensure timely compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
* Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Follow-up outstanding paperwork and drive the team to meet financial reporting deadlines.
* Prepare and coordinate insurance claims when required.
* Track costs for accurate financial reporting purposes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, hold a degree in Business Management, Law, or related disciplines, and demonstrate expertise in contracts, project costing, and accounting.
