We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of demand planning / forecasting, purchasing, supply chain related partnerships, logistics, shipping, warehouse and inventory performance as we continue to expand.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while managing inventory investment and logistics efficiency.
Key focus areas include:
* Deep working knowledge of demand planning / forecasting and inventory planning
* Purchasing and international supply chain management
* Manage internal and external suppliers
* Inventory performance and working capital optimisation
* Timely reporting of key metrics to internal and external stakeholders
* Freight, logistics, shipping and distribution management
* Supply chain related partnerships and cost management
* Continuous improvement of supply chain processes
You will also play an important role in supporting new product introductions and onboarding new suppliers, ensuring a smooth operational rollout from sourcing through to distribution.
What You'll Bring
* 15+ years' experience in supply chain, demand planning and logistics
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of margin and inventory investment
* Strong Experience in forecasting, inventory management, and supplier engagement
* Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills
* Experience working with Oracle ERP or inventory management systems and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities
* Ideally high level to advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
* Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
* Willingness to adopt tools like Power BI and SCM related AI
