Responsibilities
* Take complete ownership of a file load and manage it from start to finish.
* Conduct legal correspondence and liaise with clients in an empathetic manner.
* Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice to clients.
* Collaborate across a national practice and support a superior National team.
* Continuously explore new opportunities for your practice and develop new business.
Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum 2–5+ years post‐admission experience as a plaintiff personal injury lawyer.
* Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
* Effective networking and relationship‐management skills.
* Demonstrated judgement and problem‐solving skills with the ability to resolve issues expeditiously and satisfactorily.
* Superior organisational skills; able to work autonomously and within a team.
Eligibility
Eligible for this position, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia. Proof of working rights will be required as part of the application process.
