**About the role
Provide professional, efficient and confidential client focussed support services to patients and multidisciplinary health care providers with whom the position liaises.
About you
Maintain the integrity of all hospital information systems by ensuring accurate and timely data entry whilst working in an Outpatient environment according to the SOSIS Guidelines.
Develop proficiency in the use of the Integrated Electronic Medical Record (IEMR) to ensure efficient management of patient records.
Work autonomously, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers in the resolution of conflict, meet deadlines, establish work priorities, organise meetings and appointments.
Work within a team environment whilst also working autonomously to ensure key performance indicators are met and complete tasks by their urgency which includes prioritising your tasks.
