Job Description
We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Warehouse Operations Specialist.
* Manufacture and blend chemical products according to production schedules.
* Package and label goods accurately for dispatch.
* Assist with production, bottling, capping, and wrapping tasks.
* Operate forklifts (counterbalance) to move stock and materials.
* Handle, store, and segregate chemicals safely in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized production and warehouse area.
* Collaborate effectively within a small, supportive team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience in warehousing, production, or manufacturing (chemical or pharmaceutical experience highly regarded).
* A strong commitment to safety, particularly around chemical handling and Personal Protective Equipment use.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented approach.
* Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
* Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
* Basic computer or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience desirable.
