Key Responsibilities
- Support NAB’s Gloucester Branch by welcoming customers at the front desk and acting as the first point of contact.
- Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.

- Team player with keen attention to detail to ensure every transaction is accurate and efficient.

Hours & Training
Casual role hours: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Training: First four weeks full‑time across the advertised hours, followed by a transition to casual hours.
