Join the Hand Clinic team at Fairfield Hospital as an Administration Officer (Level 2) coordinating patient flow and supporting a fast‐paced, high‐volume clinical environment.
Employment type: Permanent, Full Time; 38 hours per week. Location: Fairfield Hospital. Salary: $66,608.03 – $68,817.27 per annum + 12% superannuation.

Responsibilities
* Prioritise competing demands while providing compassionate support to patients experiencing extended waiting times.
* Manage substantial daily patient volume in a high‐pressure workplace.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high‐quality, patient‐centred care.
* Maintain excellent customer service and a positive approach in a busy environment.
* Support and respond appropriately to patients presenting with complex medical conditions.
Qualifications & Selection Criteria
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in fast‐paced, high‐pressure environments.
* Active listening skills with a patient‐centred approach.
* Capacity to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and safety.
* Empathy and respect when dealing with patients with complex medical conditions.
Additional Requirements
